This photo is by Michael Kenna, i chose this image because of our invention discovery slide show. i really liked the image we saw by him so i looked up more of his work. the sky in this photo is amazing. i also like how it looks like the rock is centered in the composition but, it isn't it is off centered slightly and it keeps you grounded. Looking at the sky it feels like you are going off into the distance so the rock is placed perfectly to keep you in the composition.
